With a diverse background as an entrepreneur and investor, Dan is chief investment officer and the steward of all Apparent’s capital investments. Dan oversees Apparent’s direction, strategy, and financing, including relationship development and growth initiatives. He manages a growing roster of accredited investors, institutional and JV partners, and banks. He is an expert in structuring, negotiating and closing acquisitions, and raising capital. Dan has invested in many real estate and private equity transactions throughout his career, and has raised hundreds of millions in equity and debt capital.
Dan holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Tufts University, and is a member of the Connecticut chapter of YPO.
Creating and managing Apparent Capital is my dream job and the culmination of my life’s work as a real estate investor, operator, and entrepreneur.
