An expert is all things real estate, Hagan focuses on the tactical, practical and operational side of Apparent. Hagan applies his industry insight, knowledge and judgment to Apparent investments, helping to structure deals and assess opportunities. He also guides the company’s strong team of professionals and oversees operations. His experience managing assets throughout the United States, Europe, India and Canada, lends discerning insight into the construction, leasing, operational and market aspects of Apparent’s investment decisions.
A Syracuse University graduate, Hagan is actively involved in his community. He currently serves on the board of the local public television station and volunteers both his time and expertise to various nonprofit organizations.
